Introducing Tracey!

Hello All!

I would like to introduce myself – I am Tracey Patrick, the new Outreach Worker for Gofalwyr Ceredigion Carers.

I moved to the area just over a year ago, relocating with my family (three generations of us!). I have care responsibilities in my own right and I am a passionate advocate for carer support and recognition. I have many years of experience working in the social care field with adults and children and previously worked for a charitable organisation undertaking a similar role - this was based in Warwickshire.

I feel very excited about my new role and I am proud to represent such an innovative and caring service provider. I greatly look forward to having the opportunity to meet you all and the privilege of supporting you in your caring roles.
