I Care Card

Powys iCare Card / Young Carers Card

Would a card that identifies you as a Carer or a young carer help you?

If so, the Powys iCare card may be for you. 

Carers often have to:

  • Pick up prescriptions for the person they care for

  • Collect additional food for their loved ones

  • Make essential trips, just like paid care workers

The ID could ensure you get priority treatment in shops and pharmacies.

Get well deserved discounts with the iCare Card

 

Carers who are registered with Credu can get an iCare Card. This gives you the following discounts at the moment, with more in development:

 

  • 50% discount on Gym and Swim (within Powys)

50% discount on Gym (including induction) and/or Swimming in all 16 Powys County Council Leisure Centres (listed overleaf). Normal Leisure Centre rules apply (children being accompanied etc) – please contact your Leisure Centre if you have any queries.

Applying for an I Care Card

To apply for your card by email – Contact carers@credu.cymru, attaching your photograph.

Please also include your name and contact telephone number.

 

To apply for your card by post – Please send us a statement saying:
