Cuppa and Chat at the Royal Oak, Welshpool (10-12)

Carers Meet Up at Ystradgynlais Welfare Hall (10-3)

Unpaid Carers (Herefordshire and Powys) presentation to Wye Valley Trust staff members

Carers' Café in Llandinam (9.30-11)

Adult Carers' Group at the Courtroom Café, Crickhowell (10.30-12)

Young Carers' Group in John Beddoes School
