Wellbeing Webinar

Sarah has been delivering interactive and engaging wellbeing workshops for Credu since 2015. She is a qualified trainer in self-management, with 15 years of experience with the NHS developing and delivering programmes to support people with long term mental or physical health conditions. Sarah is not a carer, however she has “lived-with” mental health which makes her relatable, down to earth and easy to talk to.
