AS Meltem explains: Meditative mandala and motivational drawing, designed to keep you focused on what you need and inspired to achieve it. Creating mandalas is an activity very helpful when people want to learn how to relax and bring a sense of calm into their lives. There is a therapeutic and symbolic nature attached to creating mandalas. The use of circles provides a sense of centre as well as containment for the person, and this helps to naturally lower anxiety levels. Creating Zentangles is a simple process and a shortcut to relaxation and inner focus. And we will do motivational drawing as a form of self soothing.
