Hywel Dda Peer Support Group

A space for Hywel Dda staff, working in Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire services, who care for a friend or relative outside of work, to share their experiences and find support amongst their peers.

These sessions are facilitated by Gofalwyr Ceredigion Carers.
