If you'd like to help build a Minecraft world just for Young Carers, drop a message with your Gamer Tag in to Matt on Facebook or email him on matt@credu.cymru! You'll need to have an online account and be a Young Carer (under 18) registered with Credu or WCD Young Carers to take part.
