We have gathered together a number of local agencies that can offer support to Young Carers/ Carers and many others.
Credu, Age Cymru, Rekindle/Small Steps, Ponthafren, Dementia Trust, Game Change, Salvation Army, PAVO, Newtown PSO.
We also hope to have Steve and Rosie, who are part of our Hidden Voices Project, joining us to do some Art and we will also have some other entertainment you will have to come and join us to see what that is.
