Activity Hour (Mindful Movement)

Every day will be a different activity and all are welcome to join.

We’d love to encourage anyone to suggest or even host an hour for all to enjoy! This is a wonderful opportunity to meet other Carers and share your skills and talents.

Today will be an hour of Mindful Movement exploring White. Whether it is a white sheet of paper that beckons to a writer, or a white canvas that is waiting to be transformed by an artist we see the duality of white.
