Credu takes privacy seriously and we will use personal information to enable us to support you and monitor the difference we make. Carers’ personal information may be shared with Powys County Council as a ‘public task’ as part of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act (Wales) 2014.

This form is for unpaid/informal Carers living in Powys to join Credu’s mailing list and/or for support. It is a secure link to Credu’s ‘CharityLog’ Database.

If you are using this form to make a referral on somebody else’s behalf, you confirm that you have permission from the Carer to share this information with Credu.
