Ydych chi am wneud gwahaniaeth a chwarae rhan allweddol wrth helpu i wneud penderfyniadau am Wasanaethau Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol yn Powys? Ydych chi'n defnyddio gwasanaethau iechyd neu ofal cymdeithasol lleol (Powys) a / neu a ydych chi / ydych chi'n gofalu am rywun sydd wedi bod angen gwasanaethau? Os felly, gallai hyn fod yn gyfle i chi. Mae Bwrdd Partneriaeth Rhanbarthol (RPB) Powys yn chwilio am ddinasyddion y sir sydd â diddordeb mewn iechyd a lles i ddod yn rhan o'r Bwrdd ac i helpu i lunio gwasanaethau. PWY YW POWYS' BWRDD PARTNERIAETH RHANBARTHOL A BETH YW EI BWRPAS? Mae Bwrdd Partneriaeth Rhanbarthol Powys (RPB) yn dwyn ynghyd ystod o gynrychiolwyr gwasanaethau cyhoeddus gan gynnwys y cyngor lleol, bwrdd iechyd, y trydydd sector a phobl allweddol eraill gan gynnwys dinasyddion, i sicrhau bod pobl yn cydweithio'n well i wella. iechyd a lles yn Powys. Mae'n ymwneud â rhoi pobl a'r hyn sy'n bwysig iddyn nhw yng nghanol y gwasanaethau iechyd a gofal. Mae'r RPB yn goruchwylio cyflwyno hyn yn Powys, a wneir trwy ei rhaglenni: Start Well, Live Well, Age Well yn ogystal â rhywfaint o waith arall sy'n torri ar draws pob un o'r rhain.
Nodir blaenoriaethau'r Byrddau yng Nghynllun Ardal Powys - y Strategaeth Iechyd a Gofal. Mae rhai o gyfrifoldebau'r Bwrdd yn cynnwys sicrhau bod adnoddau ar gael, bod pobl yn aros yn annibynnol cyhyd ag y bo modd, a bod gwasanaethau iechyd a gofal wedi'u huno'n llawn. Er mwyn helpu i wneud i hyn ddigwydd, mae'r RPB hefyd yn gyfrifol am ddyrannu cyllid o Gronfa Gofal Integredig Llywodraeth Cymru (ICF), y mae'n ei ddefnyddio i gefnogi prosiectau allweddol. Fel rhan o'r rôl, bydd disgwyl i chi eistedd am uchafswm o 3 blynedd a mynychu cyfarfodydd chwarterol RPB wedi'u lleoli yn Llandrindod Wells. Gofynnir i chi hefyd fynychu diwrnodau datblygu a digwyddiadau ychwanegol ar ran RPB Llywodraeth Cymru.

Regional Partnership Board Carer Representative Vacancy
Do you want to make a difference and play a key part in helping make decisions about Health and Social Care Services in Powys? Do you use local (Powys) health or social care services and/or have you/do you care for someone who has needed services? If so this might be the opportunity for you. Powys' Regional Partnership Board (RPB) are looking for citizens of the county who have an interest in health and wellbeing to become part of the Board and to help to shape services. WHAT IS POWYS’ REGIONAL PARTNERSHIP BOARD AND WHAT IS ITS PURPOSE? Powys Regional Partnership Board (RPB) brings together a range of public service representatives including the local council, health board, third sector and other key people including citizens, to ensure that people work together better to improve health and wellbeing in Powys. Its about putting people and what matters to them at the centre of health and care services. The RPB oversees the delivery of this in Powys, which is done through its programmes: Start Well, Live Well, Age Well as well as some other work which cuts across all of these.
The Boards priorities are set out in the Powys Area Plan - the Health and Care Strategy. Some of the Board’s responsibilities include making sure resources are available, that people remain independent for as long as possible, and that health and care services are fully joined up. To help make this happen, the RPB also has responsibility for allocating funds from Welsh Government’s Integrated Care Fund (ICF), which it uses to support key projects. As part of the role, you will be expected to sit for a maximum of 3 years and attend quarterly RPB meetings based in Llandrindod Wells. You will also be asked to attend additional development days and events on behalf of the RPB for Welsh Government.
A PAVO officer will give full support in carrying out your role and all expenses will be covered.
